About our Photography
Without a doubt, your listing will always make a great first impression with high-quality professional pictures. High resolution cameras with professional lighting are always used. For interiors, the lower quality HDR method is never used, but rather the higher quality, more realistic "Flambient Lighting" method where an ambient image is merged in "Photoshop" with a flashed image. This takes more effort on our part with additional investment in lighting and post-production, but the result is a more natural image of the room with better accurate colors than HDR would produce. We also balance window exteriors, straighten verticals, add television enhancement where needed, and fireplace enhancement - all at no extra fee. Other services available include: Virtual Tours, 2D Interactive Floorplans, 3D Floorplans, Twilight Pictures, Aerial Drone, Video Walkthroughs, Virtual Staging, Headshot Portraits and Aerial Mapping. Images are always guaranteed uploaded to you within 24 hours, usually the same day - unless ordering a 3D Floorplan which might take up to 48 hours. We cover the entire Antelope Valley, Santa Clarita Valley, and will travel to any southern CA location.

Several years later, I branched out into more commercial assignments, specifically real estate photography. Over the years and literally hundreds of homes and commercial sites photographed - I have mastered this specialty. I bring to you over 35 years of experience in this profession.
